Chicago-based cinematographer and lighting designer with an affection for math and comic books. Ned recently finished a bachelor's degree in film at Northwestern University, where he has had the opportunity to study with Chicago-area film and theatre professionals, and taken courses on abstract mathematics, psychology, and existential philosophy. Through his work, he focuses on design that helps tell the story, adding depth and emotion to the piece. He is drawn to narratives centering on the natural world, realistic depiction of mental illness, and comedies.

After finishing his first degree in Audio Engineering, Josh moved his talents to Los Angeles to work as an intern for SkeeTV. It was then that he would rediscover his passion to make films. Upon returning back to Wisconsin, Josh landed at UW-Milwaukee to further his education and complete a B.F.A. in Film Production. Since then he has worked on various projects ranging from documentaries, musical performances, corporate training and marketing. He has even worked on a few programs for live television. Josh continues to strive for the best by furthering his education and practicing his skills as a cinematographer and editor for Badger Creative in Milwaukee, WI.
